The 6-foot-1 and 185-pound Wuebbels passed for 1,950 yards, 34 touchdowns and was intercepted five times and rushed for 753 yards and seven touchdowns at quarterback. Made 25 tackles and one interception in defensive secondary. Class 5A all-state by Illinois High School Football Coaches Association.
UTL: Christian Cotton, senior, De Smet
The 5-foot-10 and 195-pound Cotton passed for 1,733 yards, 14 touchdowns and was intercepted eight times. Rushed for 1,082 yards, 18 touchdowns. Metro Catholic Conference co-offensive player of the year. Class 6 second-team all-state by Missouri Football Coaches Association.
K: Bryce Clark, junior, Eureka
The 6-foot-2 and 170-pound Clark converted 30 extra points, made six field goals, averaged 58.8 yards per kickoff and 38.3 yards per punt.
P: Aidan Koutroubis, senior, Chaminade
The 5-foot-11 and 175-pound Koutroubis averaged 45.3 yards on 17 punts. Converted 23 extra-point kicks. Averaged 41.2 yards on kickoffs, made 28 tackles. Class 5 first-team all-state selection by Missouri Football Coaches Association.
